Guardian Childcare & Education Cherrybrook NQS Rated Exceeding by ACECQA

Our centre has been recognised as ‘Exceeding’ the National Quality Standard. This is the highest rating you can receive from a regulatory authority assessment and we are proud to deliver an exceptional service to the children and families who attend our centre.

Guardian Childcare & Education Cherrybrook is rated exceeding in the National Quality Standard. With a range of resource-rich environments, including a spacious undercover patio, vegetable gardens, built-in tunnel, clay play area and a range of age-specific spaces and play areas, children are encouraged to explore and learn.

The homely Centre is located in a quiet residential area, with horses living just across the road, which are a favourite attraction for the children who visit them on regular excursions. We also head out and about into the local community to visit the local library and sometimes catch a train for a short but exciting ride from the soon-to-be-completed Cherrybrook station.

With a community-minded team of Educators at Guardian Cherrybrook, there’s always something happening. Regular guests include the dentist, Swim Safe team, optometrists, Rangers on the Run and a chick hatching program which is a firm favourite with the children and families alike.

At Guardian Cherrybrook children and families have the added benefit of a Preschool Program led by quality teachers who are there to help prepare your child for the exciting transition to school. We also host regular Parent Information Sessions to keep you up-to-date with what is going on in the Centre and how your child is progressing. Read more about one of our recent Parent Information Sessions on our blog.

Our on-site cook prepares three nutritionally balanced meals using seasonal ingredients every day. To further explore food at the Centre, our educators host hands-on cooking experiences for the children to extend on their knowledge of nutrition and to encourage them to try new foods.

Learn More About Our Centre

Guardian Childcare & Education Cherrybrook is a small early learning and childcare centre with a big heart. Hidden away in the West Pennant Hills valley, our permanent and stable team means your child will be greeted every day by educators that they know and trust, in an environment that develops a love of learning and strong friendships.

Our program is individually tailored to each child. We have developed a unique early learning curriculum that promotes learning and development by taking children’s personal interests, and turning them into opportunities for educational play. We also prepare the children for the big wide world through our unique school readiness program.

We believe that children who eat well, learn well. As such, we offer a delicious wholefood early learning menu that is prepared on site each day using only the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Within our Centre, the children love playing host to special guests such as visitors from NSW Dog Safety, LazyTown, Bob Turner Wildlife, and the Muru Mittigar Aboriginal community. Outside the centre, our annual Forest Elves and Fairies Walk in the local Cumberland State Forest is always a huge hit!

Looking for more early learning centres and childcare in Sydney? We have dozens of other centres throughout the state, so there’s bound to be a Guardian Early Learning centre right near your home or work.
