Every educator is interactive with both the kids and parents/grandparents when dropping off or picking up. Their communication on all matters is fabulous and the activities they put together for the children is great. We are so pleased to be apart of the Maroubra West “family”!

As soon as my daughter sees her careers she has her arms out ready to go to them. We could not be happier and more grateful with each of the wonderful staff members. Tracy is an excellent centre manager who is very responsive, friendly, and proactive with communication with parents. There is a big focus on child development too which is great to see (e.g. Sam, the learning manager, seems so passionate) and a good balance between ''structured'' activities and free play to explore the garden and sand pit. We are so glad we ended up choosing this centre.

The place is spotless, the food cooked by the lovely kitchen staff looks and smells delicious, but mostly the educators are just incredible. They have made me feel so welcome and reassured. Each child is treated as an individual and my son has absolutely blossomed with their gentle guidance. They are hard working, compassionate, talented and creative educators and I feel very lucky to have found this place.

My daughter is thriving at the centre and it is a reflection of the hard work and dedication put in by the educators. They have worked gradually to get my daughter to a point where she sleeps and eats independently and is excited to go to “school” in the morning. The manager Tracy is responsive and communicative with parents but also puts in the time and energy into building a genuine rapport with the children. Stacey is a fantastic lead educator in the nursery and plans great activities for the children and is wonderfully attentive. I also highly rate Fah, Myriam and Sam who are hard working and experienced educators.

But Garden Street has proved me wrong. The educators are all completely lovely and so, so caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble and my kids come home full of new knowledge and excitment about their day. My son had never been in care anywhere else when he started and he found the transition hard, but with the love and support he and I received from the educators, the transition was made as smooth as possible and within a couple of months he was completely settled and happy at drop offs and pick ups. I couldn't recoemmend it more highly.

Read More The team are like an extended family for us and I'm so grateful for all the help and support they have provided over the years. Whilst there have been staff changes (like at all centres) many of the educators remain the same which I think speaks volumes for the type of centre it is and the environment they create. My son loves it there and I see evidence every day of him being cared for as an individual.
